Hi, I’m Sarah.
I’m a master educator and gifted-specialist-turned-life-coach for families of gifted and high-ability children.
I currently work with children in second through sixth grade.
I truly love what I do!
I help children turn their anxiety, frustration, and perfectionism into confidence, connection, and calm so they can step into their fullest self while simultaneously, empowering their parents with the tools and structures needed to help their student thrive!
My Mission
I founded Confident Kids Coaching International after spending two decades teaching in some of the world’s best schools, from Asia and Europe to the USA. Experiencing the incredible strengths and struggles of these wildly different educational models taught me one universal truth: The biggest factor holding students back is themselves.
My Values
I went around the world looking for the ultimate education model and what I discovered that while each system has its respective strengths, each also overlooks key elements.
The search for these missing links led me to becoming a certified life coach for kids.
My passion for helping gifted children hit overdrive when I left the classroom to become a gifted specialist.
I saw the roller coaster of emotions these children experienced throughout their day even more clearly and was able to really dig in and help them embrace their strengths while navigating the obstacles, thus increasing their confidence.
I also worked more closely with the families to understand what struggles popped up at home.
This partnership was powerful and made significant impact on each child’s ability to make positive progress.
I was able to help the students bridge some of their deepest passions and worries into projects that would impact others.
One example of this is when two fifth graders wrote essays in the local paper, asking people to take action against climate change and giving them examples of what they can do to make a difference.
In learning to meet these gifted and high ability children’s needs and set them up for lifelong success, I realized my true calling was helping families of gifted children overcome the challenges of giftedness.

Meet Abby
Hi, I’m Abby.
I am a former teacher who specialized in early childhood education and social and emotional learning in students of all ages. My passion is to help children live purposefully, peacefully and to cultivate the skills within them to form and maintain deep connections that fulfill them. I was a Gifted and Talented certified teacher for nearly a decade and I have a Master’s of Education in Counseling Development: Marriage, Couples and Family Therapy.
I was a Gifted and Talented certified teacher for nearly a decade, and I believe strongly in the efficacy of the Confident Kids Coaching method and love seeing the positive impact its implementation has on students. The Confident Kids Coaching method has the power to help parents of high ability and gifted students to understand their specific needs and ensure they are met at every level. I look forward to working with your child and I am honored to work with each family that opens their heart and home to the Confident Kids Coaching method.
